Connecting to Xero

1. Tell ClubHub Support that you want ClubHub connected to Xero
2. Generate a ClubHub key in Xero (Settings >> General Settings >> Xero Network)
3. Create any accounts required to cover ClubHub income lines
   1. subscription income
   2. merchandise income
   3. coaching clinic income
   4. donations
   5. debit adjustments
4. Create any tracking codes required
5. Login to ClubHub
6. Enter the Xero ClubHub key
7. Attach Xero Accounts to ClubHub income lines
8. Enter daily connection times.
